1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Edge Engine (the "Service"), operated from the United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. For questions, see the contact page.

2. What the Service is

Edge Engine is an analytics tool that publishes computed probabilities for sports outcomes. The Service is informational and educational. It is not a gambling or wagering platform, does not accept bets, and does not guarantee any outcome.

Any decision to wager money based on information from the Service is solely your responsibility. Past performance does not predict future results.

3. Account, trial, and subscription

You may create an account with an email and password. New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access; no credit card is required during the trial.

To continue access after the trial, you must add a payment method and subscribe ($19 USD per month, billed via Stripe). You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued at our discretion. To request one, contact us within 7 days of a charge.

4. Eligibility & prohibited use

You must be at least 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You may not use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so violates local law.

You may not scrape the Service, reverse engineer it, redistribute its content, or use it to operate a competing service.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE PROFITABLE OUTCOMES.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF MONEY WAGERED BASED ON SERVICE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
