Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account info: email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Subscription info: if you add a payment method, Stripe (our payment processor) handles your card details. We store only the Stripe customer/subscription identifiers — never raw card numbers.
- Usage data: page views, login timestamps, and session activity. Used to keep the Service running and to improve it.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request timestamps logged for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
- To authenticate you and provide the Service.
- To process subscription payments (via Stripe).
- To send transactional email (welcome, trial-expiration reminder, password reset). We do not send marketing email without explicit consent.
- To debug issues and detect abuse.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers required to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery. Email contents pass through Resend's infrastructure.
- DigitalOcean — hosting infrastructure for the Service.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share with advertising networks.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies only — for authentication (your login session) and to remember your timezone preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. See Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
You can:
- Access your account info via the account page
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- Request deletion of your account by contacting us — we will delete your account row and related data within 30 days
- Request a copy of the data we have about you
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Page-view and access logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging. Anonymous analytics may be retained indefinitely.
