How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your account page and click cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
Will I be charged after my free trial?
Only if you've added a payment method. If you haven't added one by day 7, your access just stops — no charge.
Can I get a refund?
Email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll review. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I see how the model has performed?
Yes — the homepage shows the live 30-day win rate, recent picks (wins and losses), and the highest-accuracy sports. After signing up, the accuracy page shows the full per-pick history.
Do you offer guaranteed picks?
No. Sports betting is inherently uncertain. We publish probabilities, not guarantees. What we promise is transparency: every pick is graded, the track record is public, and we don't cherry-pick wins.
